How do you manage a multi-platform digital ecosystem of web, mobile, CMS and CRM — across parallel workstreams without losing delivery consistency?

The client needed a unified digital platform covering a customer-facing web application, a cross-platform Flutter mobile app, and an integrated CRM and CMS — all running simultaneously across multiple markets. Managing handoffs across backend, mobile, design, and QA teams while keeping timelines intact required a structured, sprint-driven approach from day one.

What I Did

Led end-to-end delivery across web, mobile (Flutter), CRM, and CMS workstreams from discovery through launch
Managed a cross-functional team of backend developers, mobile developers, designers, and QA — coordinating daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Introduced bi-weekly sprint delivery cycles to improve output predictability and reduce bottlenecks between workstreams
Improved project management workflows including clearer handoff processes, milestone documentation, and escalation paths
Conducted regular roadmap reviews, stakeholder calls, and risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle
Oversaw post-launch maintenance coordination, managing bug fix prioritization, platform updates, and enhancement requests
Maintained structured documentation across all project phases to support team alignment and client transparency
